You'll need a soft measuring tape (the kind used for sewing). Stand straight, breathe normally, and measure over light clothing or undergarments.

Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Do not pull too tight.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually 7–9 inches below your waistline.

Shirt Length
Measure from the top of your shoulder down to where you want the shirt to end.
