Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 5,000.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times:
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait): 5–10 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–15 business days
- Australia & other regions: 10–20 business days
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
Delays Delivery timelines may be affected during sale seasons, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
Custom / Embroidered Orders Custom and embroidered lawn suits may require an additional 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us and reshipping charges will apply.
