They sent the order after 15 days, and when I received it, the product was defective. I immediately informed them through WhatsApp, and they assured me that they would process the return. However, after waiting another 7 days, I contacted them again, only to find out that they had forgotten to work on my complaint.
Now they are asking me to send the product back at my own delivery expense first, then they will inspect it, and only after that they will decide to send a replacement — even though I had already shared clear pictures of the defective product. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
